The world's second largest economy with a thirst for environmental technology!

Urgent opportunity for our members.

The Japanese economy is the second largest in the world. With over 1 million building starts a year and a thirst for environmental technology, this massive market potential should not be ignored by the Australian Eco Industry any longer!

EcoBuild Japan 2008 Tokyo, Oct 1-3 has a vast scope as listed at http://www.nikkan.co.jp/eve/ecobuild/scope.html

It is truly the Japanese Environmental Building Industry’s show of shows as it is supported by all related organisations including;
Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport / Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry / Ministry of the Environment / Tokyo Metropolitan Government / Urban Renaissance Agency / Japan Housing Finance Agency / Building Research Institute The Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan Association of Urban Housing Sciences / Japan Society of Civil Engineers / Architectural Institute of Japan / Japanese Institute of Landscape Architecture / The City Planning Institute of Japan Building Contractors Society / The Japan Institute of Architects Japan Federation of Architects & Building Engineers Associations!

Although EcoBuild is presented every second year since 1992 there has never been an Australian interest represented!

Hence we are very excited to have the opportunity to exhibit an ‘Australian Pavilion’ and present Australian eco technologies & products as well as related services & knowhow to Japanese architects and developers and other related Japanese environment interests!

Having permission from the organisers to present under one banner is extremely unique and so it allows us to pass on a very efficient and effective presence for all members who take part.

Although welcome, members are not required to have to travel to Japan to be at the stand! Hence saving additional expenses and valued time.. As per the attached ‘AMS Japan Services’ overview we provide all required trade show services and produce a report back to members, including listing of genuine Japanese interests. We provide Japanese translations of marketing materials and full booth representation with sales leads assessment and follow up!

In addition, with our management having over 25 years in Japanese building supply we also provide on-going, on-the-ground and in-the-market sales and marketing representation!

To be a part of the Australian Pavilion at EcoBuild 2008 is not only a unique opportunity but provides an extremely efficient and effective Japanese market entry point for Australian environmental building trade interests!
