Notice is given that the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Green Development Forum will be held at:
Where: The Boulevard Room, Rydges Southbank, 9 Glenelg Street, South Bank

When: Thursday 19 November 2009

Commencing: 5:00 pm

For the following purpose:
1. To receive the Presidents Report
2. To receive the Financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2009.
3. To appoint Moore Stephens as the company’s auditors until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
4. Election of Directors and Committee. To nominate for a position, please download the forms below.

Appointment of Proxy

If you are a member and are unable to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting of Australian Green Development Forum on 19 November 2009, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in your stead. A proxy need not be a member.

Determination of Members’ Right to Vote

For the purposes of the meeting, those whose financial membership applications have been received at the office of Australian Green Development Forum by 5pm on Friday 13 November 2009 will be voting members for the meeting.
